01DefinitionTrustedTrucks Compliance Council

Rigorous vetting framework verifying carrier legal compliance, insurance validity, financial standing, and fleet safety.

01 / CANONICAL DEFINITION

What it means.

The Carrier Qualification Programme (CQP) is a multi-step compliance process that every transport carrier must pass before receiving freight tender access. It validates commercial trade licenses, EU Community licenses, CMR liability insurance coverage, and vehicle safety records.

02 / ROLE IN TRUSTEDTRUCKS

Where it is used.

Automated verification gate. Carriers with expiring insurance or invalid VAT status are automatically throttled from submitting RFQ bids by smart contract logic.

03 / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

CQP status = Binary AND gate across: VIES_Valid, CMR_Insurance_Active, Community_License_Verified, Driver_Safety_Rating >= 4.0.

04 / WHAT IT MUST NOT IMPLY

Read it carefully.

CQP qualification verifies eligibility to bid; it is not an endorsement of creditworthiness for un-escrowed credit lines.
