The Mandated Official represents a key stakeholder role within the TrustedTrucks permissioned ecosystem.

Access Classification

• IAM Role ID: ROLE_ID_16
• Tiers of Interaction: Tier 1 (Organization-level authority) and Tier 2 (User-level delegated actions).
• Core Access Mode: RBAC-enforced API routes on KLS Application Gateway.

Responsibilities

• Process Participation: Involved in key stages of the 70-stage logistics lifecycle.
• Ledger Actions: Authorized to submit cryptographically signed payloads to validation smart contracts.
• Sovereignty Rule: Access is strictly isolated to own-entity data.

Auditable Controls

Every action taken by a Mandated Official generates an audit trail event inside the PostgreSQL Outbox, eventually anchored onto the Quorum RAFT blockchain.
