Operational Workflow

During this stage, the platform executes the following sub-processes:

1. Request Intake: Renders inputs from preceding steps and verifies data authenticity.
2. Actor Action: The designated actor executes the mandated transaction.
3. Data Verification: Enforces structural invariants (e.g. valid license, active KYC status, cargo weight parameters).
4. Outbox Projection: Emits status events to the Background Worker.
