Stage 3 is a canonical milestone in the 105-Stage TrustedTrucks Sovereign Economic Network Reference Architecture (SENRA v18.10) logistics and trade-finance lifecycle.

Operational Workflow

During Stage 3 (UBO Identification & Verification), the platform executes the following deterministic sub-processes:

1. Intake & Verification: Renders inputs from preceding steps, validates ECDSA signatures against the HSM Signer Pool, and verifies identity via IAM Tier (Tier 2 / A2).
2. Deterministic State Commit: The authorized actor dispatches a state mutation anchored to the GoQuorum Raft private ledger with zero transaction fees.
3. Kafka Event Publication: Emits a strongly typed event payload to tt.user.registration.v1 on Plane A.
4. Outbox Projection & Downstream Sync: The Transactional Outbox worker projects the committed ledger state into the KBIAQT indexer and updates the PT-0 Command Centre and PT-1/2/3 commercial platforms.
